Crisis Management is the process of preparing for, responding to, and recovering from unexpected and disruptive events that can threaten an organization, its stakeholders, or the public. It involves identifying potential crises, creating strategies to address them, and implementing these strategies during a crisis to minimize damage. Effective crisis management includes quick decision-making, clear communication, and coordination to protect people, assets, and the organization's reputation. Post-crisis evaluation is also essential to improve future responses.

This module is intended for new hires to have an idea on POD's Mission, Business Cycle, and how it collaborates with other departments. The session also covers briefly the plant's KRAs and KPIs.

This program aims to teach participants on the Basic Excel/Google Spreadsheet Functions. At the end of the course, participants are expected to learn the following:

  • Conditional Formatting
  • Basic Formulas such as Lookups, IF functions, and Creating Pivot Reports

This will help participants in creating their reports efficiently by reducing the time needed for manual encoding and calculations. 

BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN PROGRAM

This program intends to teach all learners several action plans in the event that our organization needs to continue production during an unplanned event ex. force majeure.

This program is designed for newly hired Plant Team Members of Plant Operations. This will guide the employee on what to expect from his/her work and the tasks needed to be an efficient member of the organization.
